Data transfer to Mozzart d.o.o.Beogradis regulated by Standard Contractual Clauses, dated as of December 7, 2022, which include requirement that particular protections be in place in order to ensure a level of data protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU, in accordance with the approved mechanisms prescribed by the EU Commission. The purpose of these standard contractual clauses is to ensure compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data for the transfer of personal data to a third country.
